With music from the roaring 20s to the swinging 40s you'll be coaxed to your feet by Ragroof's gorgeous dancers as they Waltz, Jive and Swing in this 'Strictly' styled, wonderfully witty, energetic and thoroughly entertaining afternoon for the whole family. You'll also be able to enjoy a delicious cup-cake and drink, browse through some vintage fashion and get creative with local artists. The Official Launch of Sir Nigel Gresley Square

On Sunday 3 June 2012 between 1 and 5pm, a fun packed afternoon will see Doncaster’s new town centre square open.

Celebrate The Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the opening of our new public square. There will be live music, singing and dance acts, market stalls, street theatre, arts and crafts workshops, food and drink outlets, fun fair rides and much more. It's free and everyone is welcome, bring a picnic too - you can also park for free in the Civic Quarter Car Park!
